Welcome to BV’s Grill & Steakhouse NYC. Here, we are proud to serve you with exceptional cuisine from the American grill, coupled with eclectic dishes that are inspired by some of the most renowned recipes from around the world.

At the helm of the beautiful 140-seat eatery are famed restaurateur Joseph Smith, of the Bobby Van’s group, and Alan Rosen, of Junior’s Cheesecake. The modern yet elegant grill space on Third Avenue and 56th Street is complete with a 60-person outdoor promenade with seating. On the neighboring 55th Street, there is a separate Café for a morning coffee before your day begins, or for the after-work beer, as well as take-out service.

Inside the main restaurant, there are two private dining rooms, a state-of-the-art, glassed-in open kitchen and large, sultry banquettes. The menu, overseen by chef Eddie Gozdz, also of Bobby Van’s, includes standout items such as the Yellowfin Tuna Tartare, Veal Meatballs Marinara, Lobster & Crab Salad, and the classic BV Burger. Specialty cocktails, a range of 10 beers on tap and an extensive wine list can also be found on our list of staple provisions.

BV’s Grill & Steakhouse NYC is open Monday through Saturday from 11:30am-10:00pm, and on Sunday from 11:30am-9:00pm, with brunch available on Sunday as well.
